K C Engineering is making several changes to the way its operates to ensure its operational performance continues to match customer demand. Internal restructuring and developing custom made web-based applications from our database are just some of the improvements in progress. Major improvements are expected in three key areas: firstly to dramatically improve customer service and communication, second to improve efficiency, distribution, reliability and accuracy of information across the business and finally, our third goal is to develop production planning tools to improve reliability of delivery times, whether it is an emergency shutdown on an oil platform or an advance parts manufacturing order for an OEM the delivery must be right every time to match our reputation for quality.
