Final approvals are now in place for K C Engineering to start production of aerospace whitemetal components as a second tier supplier to Rolls Royce Aerospace. The approval includes AS9100 accreditation, Rolls Royce SABRe and all of the approved production and inspection procedures required for producing critical aerospace components.

The benefits of depeveloing this facility to the AS9100 quality management system has already had significant 'spin off' benefits in terms of quality management. The development process has helped to identify some areas of weakness in internal processes from contract review through to dispatch of goods. This will greatly benefit the value added services of K C Engineering, to all of its customers and maintain
K C Engineering's reputation as one of the leaders in the whitemetal bearng industry.
