Away from high tech CNC machine tools,
the manual skills and experience required to repair whitemetal
lined bearings is well recognised at K C Engineering. Our skilled
machinists and fitters have decades of experience and some have
been with the company since the formative years. The production
cell dedicated to repair has all of the tools, equipment and experience
on hand to offer customers the service and quality demanded by
the market place.
- Fixed geometry journal and tilting journal
pad bearings
- Thrust bearings, tilting pad and equalising
segement assemblies
- Turbine and generator liner
- Hydrogen seals
- Vertical pump assemblies (combined thrust
and journal pad bearings)
- Roll neck bushes
- Seals and deflectors
Materials:
Any grade ob whitemetal alloy and backing
material can be repaired at K C Engineering. A range of standard
tin based and lead based whitemetal alloys are always in stock.
Emergency Repair
Service:
Unexpected shutdowns and breakdowns of equipment can require repairs
to be completed in a short as time as possible, for small items,
