Thrust Bearings
Any type of thrust bearing can be manufactured. K C Engineering manufactures and repairs the following types of thrust bearings:

• Fixed (continuous) geometry thrust plate
• Combined thrust and journal bearings
• Tilting thrust pad assemblies (flooded and directed lubrication)
• Equalizing segment tilting thrust pad assemblies
• Hydro turbine thrust pads

As required thermocouple and RTD sensors are supplied and fitted

Backing Materials
Carbon Steels, Cast Iron, Brass, Bronze, Copper-Chrome Alloys

Lining Materials:
Tin based whitemetal alloys, lead based whitemetal alloys, pure lead.

Lead times:
Typical lead times for manufacture: 4-5 weeks
Typical lead time for repair: 3-4 weeks
