As standard each bearing manufactured
or repaired by K C Engineering is tested to the following ISO
standards. As required, bearings are also manufactured or repaired
according to customers own specifications.

Our in-house written practise for Ultrasonic Inpsection meets the requirements of the following standards:

- NAS 410 May 1996, Rev 2, February 2003: Certification and Qualification of Non Destructive Test personnel (Published by Aerospace Industries Association)
- BS EN 4179 British Standard Aerospace Series Qualification and approval of Personnel for non destructive Testing December 2005
Material
Traceability
Whitemetal
alloys and backing materials are tracked in our production system
with full traceability, if required products will be supplied
with material certification according to EN10204
Centrifugal
Casting
Nearly every journal bearing product manufactured by K C Engineering
is centrifugally cast from 70mm bore up to 1800mm bore and a maximum

Grade Selection
Bearings
and seals can be supplied with any whitemetal grade required,
or we can advise on suitable grades for your application. We
